At Lagom Developments, LLC, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest level of PMO and Project Management services from Startup Data Center clients to HyperScale Data Center providers. We strive to help our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Our Team
Timothy E Coe, President and CEO. Mr. Coe has 20 years’ experience in leading Mission Critical Capital Projects and developing the teams and organizational structure to scale programs efficiently in the Upstream Oil & Gas and Data Center Industries. Prior to forming Lagom Developments, Mr. Coe led Meta's Oregon Data Center program responsible for the engineering and construction of new Data Center developments, retrofits of existing Data Centers and associated Connectivity scope. Prior to Oregon, Mr. Coe was the Global Construction Operations Manager for Meta accountable for the Data Center Retrofit Program across 17 sites both domestic and international totaling $2.3 Billion under active management. Mr. Coe created Meta's ICM Contracts organization and grew the org to contract over $9 Billion a year. Prior to Meta, Mr. Coe led offshore projects in Alaska and various Alpine and Kuparuk Capital Projects for ConocoPhillips. Prior to ConocoPhillips, Mr. Coe managed the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for BP Oil and Gas Projects through CH2M Hill in Alaska. Mr. Coe started his career working for General Contractors before becoming a structural engineer and then quickly transitioning to his passion of developing large scale Capital Projects and maturing organizational structure & processes to be scalable.
